Mr. Zavod has practiced in the fields of Commercial Real Estate with Dechert, LLP and Corporate law with Constar.
Kathy Rubin has been a Private Banker for the past 28 years. She has extensive knowledge in residential real estate, private banking and consumer lending. She successfully ran her own mortgage company for 13 years prior to joining Wells Fargo in their Private Mortgage Banking division.
Edward Phipps has been in general contracting for over 20 years. His expertise is in residential and commercial contracting.
